What are the Advantages of our MFPP Boxes w/ 70% CaCO3 Content?
ALOHA!
Our MFPP packaging degrades rapidly through exposure to the sun. In an experiment conducted in Hawaii, a sample box was reduced to tiny fragments of less than 1mm after just 150 days of exposure to the elements. (we're dead serious about this by the way, do NOT store these boxes in direct sunlight!)

IN and OUT
When considering how eco-friendly an item is, most focus on the final product because it's what ends up right in front of them. But what about the material that goes into producing cardboard boxes? It's estimated that 10 million hectares of forests are cut down annually for wood-based products, destroying vital wildlife habitats in the process.

Re-thinking Renewable
In contrast, CaCO3 is an abundant and underutilized material. Global annual usage is estimated at 4.5 billion tons, while the Earth naturally forms 8.8 to 14.5 billion tons in rivers, oceans, and lakes each year. These figures reflect the characteristics of a truly "renewable" natural resource.
